It is our great pleasure to announce the vast majority of our acts for Goth City 7.
On Thursday 13th July, The Fox & Newt yet again hosts our cabaret evening "A Night of the Dark Arts 7' featuring a headline performance from gothic rock goddess Alixandrea Corvyn, exquisite violin soundscapes from @Veil, Graeme Cooke reading us a selection of spook folk tales, and your (g)host AMereKat making their seventh straight Goth City appearance.
On Friday, Boom Leeds will see West Yorkshire goth legends Skeletal Family be our first festival headliners, with rising north-east post-punks Ghost Signals as special guests and international power trio FEATHER TRADE kick off proceedings, followed by DJs (TBA) until late.
The Saturday stage at Wharf Chambers sees the wonderful La Rissa uk return to headline after their Covid cancellation last year, special guests in the mega art-punks Arch Femmesis, riotous queer darkwave from Moth Slut, pure audiogore from Hangingskeletons, and the long-awaited return to Leeds of SIOUXSIE SUICIDE.
The Boom stage on Saturday sees '90s goth OGs Manuskript make their second Goth City headline appearance, with special guests in the sublime Promenade Cinema and wonderful opening act Hurtsfall who impressed everyone at Goth City 5 - followed by DJs (TBA) until late.
On the Extreme Stage on Boom 2 on Saturday, The Medea Project open up proceedings and deservedly return after impressing at Goth City in 2021 with our headliner yet to be announced.
On Sunday on the Wharf Chambers stage, the incredible The Glass House Museum rise to stage headline status after to so many great shows over the past few years. Rising garage duo West Wickhams, Leeds' very own Shallow Halo, and brand new electro rock trio Digital Harpy complete the bill.
And on Sunday evening at The Warehouse Leeds, second generation goth legends Children on Stun will bring the curtain down on an amazing weekend of live music, with special guests in goth royalty NOVUS.
The full ticket range on sale at 5pm on Monday 13th March, and all proceeds donated to PAFRAS (Positive Action For Refugees & Asylum Seekers). Stalls, socials and more events to be announced!
